Heather is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time to explain what she's doing and why. I'm very pleased with my experiences with Monarch. I highly recommend her - she's the best!

My husband and I had just moved into our house and upon his inspection of the attic he contacted Heather. She did a thorough inspection of the attic and explained to us that there was no evidence of rodent activity and that what my husband had seen was old insulation. She was very patient in explaining to us what to look out for and what we needed to do to further protect the attic. We appreciated Heather's honesty and her willingness to impart her knowledge to us. She came highly recommended to us by my daughter and we would definitely recommend her.

It turned out the 'animal I hear in the wall' was a cable tapping against my siding!! But Heather inspected everything from the attic to the shed to make sure it was all secure!! A wonderful, understanding person!! Thank you!!!
