Ground Mining Bees

Ground Mining Bees Treatment Ground mining bees are small, non-stinging solitary bees that nest in the soil. While harmless to people, they create numerous small holes and dirt mounds that damage lawns, gardens, and landscaping. If left untreated for multiple seasons, infestations can become too established to fully eliminate. Treatment: A thorough inspection is required to determine if effective treatment is possible. Pricing is provided upon completion of the inspection.

Cicada Killer Wasps

Cicada Killer Wasp Treatment Cicada killer wasps are large, intimidating wasps that dig deep burrows in lawns and garden beds, creating dirt mounds and damaging self-treatment: An on-site inspection is required. Pricing for treatment will be provided upon completion of the inspection.

Termite Baiting Service

Advance Termite Baiting System - Safer & More Effective Protection

At Monarch Pest Control, we only offer termite protection using the Advance Termite Baiting System. We believe baiting is a much safer and more effective long-term solution than traditional liquid soil treatments, especially in the Northeast where subterranean termites are the primary concern.

Why We Choose Baiting Systems Over Liquid Treatments
Liquid termite treatments create a chemical barrier in the soil that you cannot see and that can break down or have gaps. Baiting systems attract termites to the stations, where they consume the bait and share it with the colony. The active ingredient causes termites to stop feeding (they essentially get "lock jaw"), eventually eliminating the colony. The system is continuously monitored and provides visible, ongoing protection.

Our Termite Baiting Process
  1. Thorough Termite Inspection We perform a detailed inspection of the exterior, garage, crawl space, and/or basement.

    Inspection Pricing:
    • $550 + tax for the initial inspection (up to the main structure, garage, and one crawl space/basement area)
    • $250 + tax per additional area (attics, detached structures, etc.)
This inspection fee is fully waived if you move forward with the Termite Baiting System installation.
  2. Installation During the inspection, we measure the linear footage around your home to determine the correct number of bait stations. Before any digging, we require a utility mark-out (this process can take up to 4 business days). Once cleared, we install the Advance Termite Bait stations around the perimeter of your home using an auger.
  3. Ongoing Monitoring & Protection
    • The system is professionally inspected and maintained twice per year
    • Bait is replenished as needed
    • The stations attract subterranean termites before they reach your home's structure

    Warranty & Home Sale Support
    • The initial service includes installation and the first year of monitoring.
    • You can renew the warranty annually for continued protection, twice-yearly inspections, bait replenishment, and all necessary termite paperwork required when selling your home.
    • The warranty is transferable to new homeowners.
Important Note: Monarch Pest Control is not responsible for any structural damage, hidden damage, or previous termite activity. Our baiting system is designed to prevent future termite damage by eliminating colonies before they reach your home.
